Handling Time & Order Processing (Before Shipping)

As a global online gemstone seller, we ship orders worldwide on a daily basis. Every order goes through a structured and secure process to ensure authenticity, safety, and compliance with international gemstone regulations.

Order Verification (24–48 Hours)

Verification starts immediately after the order is placed.
This step protects customers from fraud and misuse of payment details.
Verification usually takes 24 to 48 working hours.
Once verification is complete, a confirmation email is sent immediately.

Certification & Documentation (2–3 Working Days)

A Certificate of Authenticity is prepared for gemstones after order confirmation.
If a gemstone requires fresh or updated laboratory certification, please allow an additional 2–3 working days.
Certification begins only after verification to ensure accurate documentation.

Shipping Preparation Timeline

Retail Orders

Retail orders are prepared and dispatched immediately after:
- Order verification is completed, and
- Certification (if applicable) is finalized
Orders above USD $1,000 may require mandatory certification before dispatch.

Wholesale Orders / Pre-Orders

Wholesale or pre-orders require 7 to 15 working days, depending on:
- Stone availability
- Lot preparation
- Certification and export documentation

Shipping Routes & Export Process (Important)

Gemstones are classified as regulated commodities, which means shipments must follow specific export and transit procedures.

Depending on availability and compliance requirements, shipments are routed via:

- Bangkok, Thailand (Primary & Most Secure Route)
- Dubai, UAE
- Pakistan (Export Origin)

In many cases, gemstones are first consolidated and cleared through Bangkok or Dubai, then handed over to UPS, FedEx, or DHL for final international delivery.
This process ensures higher safety, smoother customs clearance, and reduced risk.

Due to this regulated process, the initial stage may show limited tracking updates, which is completely normal.

- Order verification
- Certification & documentation

- International transit
- Import customs clearance
- Once the shipment is officially handed over to the courier network, transit becomes faster and tracking updates appear regularly.

- Shipped via trusted international couriers such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS
- Suitable for loose gemstones, small lots, and mineral specimens

Bulk & Wholesale Orders (10 kg – 1000 kg or more)

Shipped via:
- Air Cargo (Airport-to-Airport) – faster delivery
- Sea Freight – economical option for heavy shipments
Shipping method is chosen based on urgency and budget

Free Shipping available on qualifying high-value orders
Standard shipping starts from USD $15
Rates may increase to $25, $35, or $45 depending on:
- Weight
- Destination
Bulk shipping (10 kg+) is quoted separately at order time

Special Destinations

Shipping charges for Russia, Australia, and South Africa may be higher due to courier and customs costs.

Free Shipping on Small High-Value Orders

Package weight is 500 grams (0.5 kg) or less
Free Shipping on Larger Orders

You qualify if:

Order value is USD $1,000 or more
Total weight is up to 1 kg
